Eligibility

No person shall be qualified as a Director of the Chatham-Kent Workforce Planning Board unless they are:

an individual;
eighteen (18) years of age or older;
a person who has not been found incapable of managing property under the Substitute Decisions Act, 1992 or the Mental Health Act;
a person who has not been found incapable in any court in Canada or elsewhere;
not bankrupt; and shall be at the time of their election and throughout their term of office be a member of the Corporation or any of its affiliates.
